Breakfast was very good, including waffles you could make, toast, pastries, fresh fruit, and what I loved the most was...there was ALWAYS hot coffee available and various creamers, sugar, and sugar substitutes! The room was excellent for me and my 93-year-old Mom. The air conditioning was easily adjusted and best of all, you could actually open the window! The hotel is in a great location...lots of various restaurants and fast food nearby. Shopping is not far away and even more great restaurants like The Cracker Barrel, Outback, and Black Bear Diner! Plus Hobby Lobby, Walmart, Kroger's, CVS, Walgreen's, a place to mail packages, etc. Lots of churches! They have a wonderful laundry room! You can buy laundry items at the front desk...pods, fabric softener sheets! The housekeepers do a great job, and will gladly give you more towels, washcloths, etc. if you need them. They are very helpful. You will always see people cleaning up outside! The grounds are nicely kept. It's very clean! They have a crossover bar on the door and a deadbolt lock! It's quiet! Very nice for families! They have two elevators!

Breakfast was ok. The main reason I stay at this hotel and keep coming back is because of the comfortable bed. After walking over 36,000 steps Day 1 of the annual Pate Swap Meet at Texas Motor Speedway you want a good bed to rest and this is the place. I have used this hotel 4 years in a row and will be back. Parking is always good and if you bring a trailer they have cameras on the parking lot. Always clean hotel and a good location to get into Fort Worth or going North on I-35. Many places to eat nearby. I notice I see the same people every year stays here, met some guys from Clinton, Arkansas going to Pate as well.

I called because of running late and I had to run errands in town before checking in. I called to make sure there was no fee for checking in later. Dominick answered the phone , he’s was so friendly and professional and he almost makes you feel like you are talking to friend. So enjoyable!!! This is one reason I continue to stay here everyone month I drive down to Fort Worth to see my kids and stay! It’s people like Dominick that make me choose Sleep In Suites!

The staff there was amazing, we had problems with our credit card, and they worked with us, they made great recommendations to restaurants, they were always pleasant, and smiling, and the breakfast was good, and a nice variety, there are a great variety for restaurants close by, and the interested to get around the city was easily accessible.

Breakfast was good. Loved the 24 hour coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Wonderful laundry room. And swimming pool. Great location. Restaurants nearby. Near supercenters like Target, Walmart. These places have carts for those who cannot walk much, where they can sit and shop while a family member assists them by pushing the cart.
